Just thought I’d give you an update, after seeing you in Spain.
I was seen by the hospital, first thing they wanted to do was cut me open like a bit of meat, I refused, they said they would give me 3 months then it would be surgery, hey guess what. All good, no more numbness, pins and needles, got full strength back in my hand grip too.
The secret, listening to you and doing the exercises you gave me. Despite the consultant, I went with what you told me, and I’m now 100%.
